Announcements for the Week of February 19, 2012



  • Please let us know if there are children who would like to come to Sunday School or AWANA.  A van is available for transportation.  Call 755-3367.
  • Pray for the Evangelistic Bible Study that meets at Amy's house Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
  • AWANA will be Wednesday, February 22nd, at 6:30 p.m. for those 2 years old through 6th grade.
  • The church ladies have a Bible Study that meets again this Thursday, February 23, at 10:30 a.m.
  • Our Valentine's Banquet will be at the church this Friday, February 24th. Come at 6:00 p.m. and we'll eat at 6:30. You must sign up on the sheet at the back of the auditorium by this Sunday, February 19th.  Indicate your choice of prime rib or cordon bleu and corn or green beans.  The cost is $10. Please give Cynthia Swensen one of your wedding pictures. (They will be returned.)
  • Our AWANA Grand Prix is scheduled for Saturday, February 25, at 1:00 p.m.  A work day is scheduled for February 18th, at 1:00 p.m., for those who need help with their cars.
  • An evangelistic prayer service is scheduled for Sunday, February 26, at 6:00 p.m.
  • The Brayton Challenge is Saturday, March 10, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Teens, get ready for ga ga ball, dodgeball, and more.
  • A Men and Boys' Rally is planned at Carroll for Saturday, March 24th.  It will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Mark your calendar.  More details will be given later.
  • Entrust will meet Sunday, February 26th, at 4:45 p.m.
  • Our Ladies' Regional Meeting will be in Guthrie Center on March 31st. Martha Hartog will be our speaker.  See the poster on the bulletin board.
  • Daffodil Days are here.  If you want to order daffodils for the Amercian Cancer Society see Connie McDermott by Sunday, February 19th.
